We believe in and prioritize the importance of family for the health and well being of our hosts, members, cities, countries and ultimately, the world.
We believe in the love of stranger. We believe no matter where we are, we all have a responsibility to be intentional about seeking, engaging and warmly receiving everyone, especially those individuals and people who feel like “strangers” today who can easily become family tomorrow.
Our mission requires faith.
To believe in fueling a global movement and family aligned by shared mission over shared blood, to make our neighbors our family and our cities our homes, requires courage, confidence and commitment to the unseen.
We believe a family should be open to anyone who believes in our mission.
We also believe in the power of openness and transparency to empower as many people as possible around the world, around our mission.
Commitment holds all of our values together. We believe in remaining loyal to our mission, our hosts, members and global neighbors in all that we do.
We believe if it’s not personal, it’s not memorable and if it’s not memorable, it’s not transformational.
